In her interim role as Global Senior HR Director, Madhura was an excellent sparring partner in strategic and operational HR for me. She convinced with high dedication and persistency to tackle problems, her "can do, will do" attitude and integrity. She managed to close the audits highly favorable for the company, increased efficiency and reduced costs in HR considerably. Her broader view and entrepreneurial understanding embedded HR in an overall strategy and action plan to turn around the Swiss subsidiary. She was one of my drivers in the change process.
